Super Bright LEDs




Our LED products come with warranties. See the details on the product's page to learn its specific warranty information. Warranty is valid for manufacturing defects or product failures only when products are properly used for their intended applications. If, after inspection, Super Bright LEDs verifies that the defect was not caused by negligence, abuse, unauthorized repair or disassembly, we will replace the product with the same product. In the case the exact product is no longer available,  a gift card for the value of the original purchase price will be provided. Warranty is void when products are used in applications for which they are not intended—such as using a 12-volt LED bulb in a 24-volt vehicle. Warranty is void when products are used in environmental conditions for which they are not intended—such as using an indoor fixture in a wet outdoor location. Warranties are only from the original purchase date and don’t reset with the replacement product. If you experience an issue with a product, a technician from our support team may be able to diagnose the issue. Technical support is available by phone, chat and email. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. If applicable Super Bright LEDs will cover the shipping charges to ship out a replacement product once the defective product is returned by the customer.

Super Bright LEDs administers all Warranty Claims. Warranty is subject to change. Please see the product page for a product’s warranty.

To seek a warranty exchange for broken or defective products, please view the product's warranty length or contact our Customer Advocate Team.

A copy of the invoice is required for warranty repairs or replacements. As stated above, our LED products come with a warranty from the date of purchase, select products have extended warranty periods. Please call or email to notify us prior to returning items for a warranty exchange. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Return shipping labels are not provided for warranty exchanges. All product specifications are subject to change without notice.
