If you would like to send purchase orders in a file format other than PDF, please email a request to do so. We only accept POs ($100 merchandise minimum) after credit approval.

In-House Product Test Lab
All of our products go through our in-house test lab managed by trained specialists.
We make sure to test all new product orders and re-stock orders for any defects that may cause failure. We do this to ensure that we are selling the best and highest quality products to our customers.
Same-day Shipping Service:
If your order is placed Monday through Friday before 3 p.m CT, we will ship it the same day. Orders ship the next day (excluding weekends) if placed after 3 p.m. CT and on Monday if placed on a weekend.

With over 100,000 square feet of warehouse space located in St. Louis, Missouri, all our products ship directly from us. Our centrally located warehouse allows for quick delivery of products anywhere you or your customers need. All orders are carefully checked and safely packaged before leaving our warehouse.
World-Wide Reach
We will ship by USPS to almost anywhere in the world. Additional shipping charges may apply. USPS First Class Mail International shipping may take 5-10 days to arrive and cannot be tracked. USPS Express Mail International delivery time is 3-4 days and can be tracked.
Warranties
All of our products come with a warranty. Each product has a warranty badge present on its page that explains the details of the warranty. Warranties are valid for manufacturing defects or product failures only when products are properly used for their intended applications.
